Celebrate Earth Day, 4/22/23, with us! There are three different programs you may attend:
- Calaveras Big Trees Association Seminar: Exploring the Pacific Crest Trail with Dave Baugher
Dave Baugher, retired Arnold fire chief, completed hiking the Pacific Crest Trail in August 2022. After a nine-year adventure, Dave has many stories to tell. Join the seminar in the Education Center Classroom from 10am-12pm.

Inspiration Station
Drop by the Discovery Stump from 11:00am – 2:00pm to brainstorm simple and accessible climate solutions. Find out what you can do and #ReframeClimateChange.
- Guided Hike
Meet by the entrance to the North Grove Trail at 11:30am for a guided hike about giant sequoias. Grippy shoes are recommended for the guided portion, but if you want to hike the rest of the trail waterproof shoes are strongly recommended.
