Calaveras Big Trees State Park is fully open and ready to welcome day use visitors as well as campers. The North Grove and Oak Hollow campgrounds are fully open and on reservation. The dump station is full functioning. Bags of ice are now available at the Entrance Kiosk!
The North Grove Trail is fully opened. However, due to storm damage, it is not ADA accessible at this time. The Parkway down to the river and further to South Grove is open and a beautiful drive. The South Grove trail is more beautiful than ever. Wild flowers abound. The River is raging and is still very cold. Please use caution around all water areas.
