DESCRIPTION:Sorry – At the direction of DPR\, we have cancelled the remainder of the season because of the coronavirus. \nThe Warming Hut is open for the season on . It will be open for hot chocolate\, cider and a warm fire weekends and holidays from 12 pm – 4 pm. \nPlease stop by and say hello. \nThere will be a guided walk every Saturday at 1 pm. Depending on the conditions\, it may be a snowshoe walk. Calaveras Big Trees provides snowshoes at no charge. Our 20 adult pairs of snowshoes and 10 pairs of kids snowshoes are provided on a first-come first served basis.   Check in early to reserve your space and shoes. If there is not enough snow for a snowshoe walk\, make sure you have warm and waterproof shoes or boots.
