Starting Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021, all fourth graders in California can apply for a free California State Parks Adventure Pass that will give them the opportunity to explore 19 select state parks free for a year (through end of August 2022).
Calaveras Big Trees State Park is proud to have been chosen to be one of the 19 State Parks participating in this amazing program.
The State of California believes in the right of all Californians to have access to recreational opportunities and to enjoy the cultural, historic and natural resources found across the state. Too many Californians cannot access the state’s parks, beaches and outdoor spaces, nor the state’s array of museums and cultural and historical sites.
