CBTA is a non-profit educational association dedicated to the interpretation of human and natural history at Calaveras Big Trees State Park, in cooperation with the California State Park System.

We rely on volunteers and community contributions to help sustain our efforts to assist and support the interpretation and environmental education programs at Calaveras Big Trees State Park. There are so many different ways that you can get involved!

Volunteer your time! Did you know that the Big Trees Visitors Center is staffed by State Park docents? All profits from sales items sold by CBTA at the Visitor Center are reinvested in Calaveras Big Trees State Park where they fund long-term capital projects and ongoing interpretive programs.
